Jonah, you have helped me in so many ways in which I felt I couldn’t start my journey in the first place. I think as far as my workouts, I started out with doing Insanity, and not knowing how to fully work out in the gym, but you were able to help me become familiar. More so, I was able to gain motivation and the ability to work out with my meal plan that I received from you while being able to take protein, bcaas, Tru Burn, and Carnitine 3000 from NutraKey! Since the beginning of my journey as of September 2018, I have lost 10 pounds and continue to strive for not just losing weight, but gaining strength and living a healthier lifestyle. I recommend you to train and be fulfilled with the hard work you have put in for not only yourself, but others.

Jonah is such an inspirational individual!! She definitely has such a huge passion on helping people feel so amazing with positivity and making you feel so inspired to want to change and better somethings for yourself! Like she always says, “it’s the little things”. As a fitness coach too, she definitely creates a welcoming space. I highly recommend personal training & a meal plan with Jonah! I did a 6 week program with her and every training session was motivating & fun! With Jonah’s meal plan, she’s able to offer a ton of suggestions and alternatives so that the meals don’t get boring, plus the meals are actually good. Personal training sessions were crucial for me in terms of wanting to know and learn proper form & technique, not to mention I have carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, so Jonah was able to modify exercises for me if I felt too much strain on my wrists and she was just very knowledgeable in general. Every session was different so she definitely kept me on my toes. If you’re willing to put in the work, time, and commitment, Jonah will do the same for you. I highly recommend Jonah!!! She’s amazing!
