The reason you exercise is important. The numbers on a scale can be a little encouraging, but keeping yourself connected in your faith is the best motivation of them all! Spending thirty to sixty minutes a day working out isn’t a waste of time. It’s you taking time for yourself so you can live through Christ our king.
I am on week five of staying focused on my fitness and faith. Yes, it’s been challenging at times, but the end result will be what matters most! If I can for my faith and stay fit all at once I will definitely continue to strive! Remember that this week!
