I help millennials navigate the “quarter-life crisis scaries” by empowering them to design a life on their own terms.
“Quarter-life crisis scaries”= the anxiety, disappointment, doubt and uncertainty about the quality and direction of one’s life. Usually accompanied by coping mechanisms/addictions that allow us to temporarily suppress these uncomfortable emotions but eventually lead to more unhappiness.
My mission is to inspire my fellow millennials to move beyond self-sabotaging behaviors and begin to live life with more meaning.
Through the creation of a non-judgmental community of support, I hope to: foster a culture of accessible self-exploration, encourage deeper connection in our interpersonal relationships and provide you with a clear understanding of what you want out of life.
It is my belief that once you gain clarity on the vision you have for your life and begin to live more intentionally, you will no longer have the desire to engage in toxic, self-sabotaging behaviors. I believe any sustainable transformation must take place from the inside out, not the other way around.
A little about me...
In 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCSD with a Communication major, Psychology minor. Two years after college, I completed a 12-month program for clinical hypnotherapy to deepen my knowledge of how the subconscious mind impacts human behavior. This program is what ignited my obsession with personal growth and self-discovery!
During this time, I also got my health coaching certification, as well as my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. My experience working as a health coach and teaching yoga made me realize my TRUE passion is the mindset aspect of coaching.
GRAB LIFE BY THE BALLS will inspire you to ask yourself the hard questions, challenge yourself to think differently and shift your mindset to work FOR YOU instead of against you. View Less
