Joanne’s bootcamp has been a great workout! Outdoors at the park, fast paced, and leaves me sweating :) I like that I can bring my kids and they can entertain themselves while I get a full-body workout!
I definitely recommend Jo’s bootcamp!! It’s always a killer full body workout!! She is a fantatastic coach who motivates you to push yourself to be better every time! She’s full of positive energy which makes the workout super fun. Plus, it’s in a beautiful park with a cool view of downtown. You can’t beat the Wednesday class which is only donation based! Do yourself a favor and jump on those new year resolutions early with Jo’s bootcamp!!!

I’ve worked with a few trainers, but none of them seemed to care the way Jo does. She pushes you but also allows you to do your best (even if your limited)! She is so positive and truly keeps you going, if you are looking for more than just results but truly understanding the work out. I highly recommend this amazing lady!
