With Jonah’s meal plan, she’s able to offer a ton of suggestions and alternatives so that the meals don’t get boring, plus the meals are actually good. Personal training sessions were crucial for me in terms of wanting to know and learn proper form & technique, not to mention I have carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, so Jonah was able to modify exercises for me if I felt too much strain on my wrists and she was just very knowledgeable in general.
