Grains that are naturally gluten free: Rice, cossava, corn, potato, tapioca, beans, sorghum, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, arrowroot, amaranth, flax, chia, yucca, gluten free oats, nut-based flours and teff. π½π₯π

Al fruits and veggies and unprocessed meats are gluten free, but remember to read labels if you are buying any pre-prepared foods. ππΌ
